iGrafx Process is a superb process analysis tool. I use it daily to map process for companies in many verticle markets. The sandbox features place the software far above most other products near it's price range and the user interface is very intuitive. The iGrafx web site is full of tutorials on how to use the product effectively.
You can quickly build an ROI for any process change. The reports it creates are very flexible. easily 5 Stars.
