We purchased this Set with the expectation that it would assist our teams in understanding Lean relative to our current continuous improvement approach AND this Set did it. The concept of building on the PLAN DO CHECK ACT cycle with the Lean tools is brilliant. I totally agree with this concept and now we teach the entire program with this perspective. The training materials were all inclusive of what you need to conduct the training or use to supplement your current presentation. The exercises,worksheets, etc. were very useful. A great addition to Lean training materials. I would suggest you provide the Simply Lean pocket guides as prizes after the Simply Lean Jeopardy game. A strong recommendation!

Very thorough and practical training set on the basics of Lean as well as the quality improvement tools. The overall premise that using Lean when problem solving can accelerate improvements is a great concept. We are just beginning Lean and this training set allowed us to learn basic problem solving with a Lean twist. Exercises are simple and relate well to associates at all levels (production and administrative). We use the base material and have customized it. Also, the Jeopardy Game at the end is a great "closer" for any training session.
