This Set Covers the Lean Principles for Financial ServicesJun 07, 2009
By Rochelle R. Stafford We found The New Lean for Financial Services Training Set very helpful in developing the training program for our financial analysts, account executives, customer service reps, as well as the over 1000 agents in our network. This Set does not get too technical in complex value stream or process maps, it provides the basic core information from which one can enhance to their audience's level of expertise. The case studies, as well as the data collection and value stream mapping exercise, were very helpful in understanding Lean tools and concepts. All the basic tools are covered and having the ability to customize the slides, makes this training set excellent by all standards. We especially like the discussions (or examples) after many of the tools that dealt with the Lean tool application to electronic files and folders. We are nearly paperless and those examples opened up many new ideas for streamlining our processes.
