Five Stars for Lean Office!Mar 10, 2005
By Rochelle Stafford Excellent by all standards! It is the best, easy-to-use pocket guide in existence for any administrative office. As a director in a large organization, I purchased these for everyone in our office. It will assist us greatly in getting more 'Lean' in our customer service and sales departments. Every office or administrative worker should have one of these by their desk (and in their hands.

Great Quick Reference for Kaizen TeamsAug 30, 2006
By Jaclyn D. Hassenzahl As a departmental manager having to continually train my team members on the continuous improvement tools, I found The Lean Office Pocket Handbook a great quick reference of the main Lean tools. Even though it is an abbreviate form from The Lean Office Pocket Guide, I found this one very useful and practical. Many times you do not need all the tools and this handbook did an excellent job in providing the basic Lean tools. Highly recommended (as well as the Lean Office Pocket Guide).

GREAT STARTER BOOKApr 12, 2006
By Eric Lambert The Lean Office Pocket Handbook gives you a basic understanding of the essential Lean tools relative to administrative processes. We use it as a supplement to our Lean Office training program and materials. It is a great reference for many of the Lean tools. If you are just beginning Lean Office I would start with something like this.
