The Leadership Roadmap is a practical resource that will foster a new generation of "roving leaders," committed team members who are willing to step up and fill a void, who lead by asking questions that trigger positive change rather than simply giving orders. These new leaders will understand that while the framework for achieving success is simple, the implementation can be complex and daunting, requiring a firm and enduring dedication to renewal, and a step by step guide to show them the way. | | | Product Details: | | | Author:

The Leadership RoadmapJan 19, 2009
By Michael A. Furst Excellent basis for understanding what is phrased as "The (6) Immutable Realities" and moving this understanding forward into a practical step by step guide of company wide strategic development and deployment.
Great tools for assessing your organizations current situation and great methods illustrated for "Deployment Model Mapping" visual displays.
I see this book as an ongoing reference manual. Easy to read and follow concepts.
Excellent resourceDec 08, 2010
By Julie Raynor I am a "beginner" leader of a new non-profit. I am learning a ton using The Leadership Roadmap. This book is helping me to focus on what is important for our organization to be sustainable and to have credibility in the community. I've borrowed a copy, but am buying my own so I can highlight and refer back to the content.
