Easy to use and a great way to make your luggage stand outJun 03, 2010
By M. McQueen I have used these on my luggage for several years, but lost a couple tags thanks to baggage handlers and/or airport equipment. That same event necessitated a new luggage set, so I need to buy more tags.
These are very easy to use. You peel back the tag, place whatever you want to "laminate" in the middle and then carefully press the tag shut to seal it in there. Be sure to leave enough space around whatever you place in the middle so it can seal on all sides. Then use the little cord that comes with it to attach it to your luggage strap.
We have never had one smudge, tear or break, and they don't bend very easily either. I just used the new set on a trip last month and although one of my bags came back heavily bent, the tag held up beautifully.
I would highly recommend these for anyone wanting to add a little personalization to their luggage.

Tag Laminating PouchesJan 30, 2010
By M. Gehman I used these to label my toddler's toy and book baskets with picture and name tags. These work quite well. You just have to be careful because if you put your paper or whatever you use to make the tag to put inside the pouch(just comes with a clear outside and thing to hang it with)if you put it on sideways or mess it up, the pouch is so sticky it is ruined and you can't use it again. I was even more impressed with the seller.I got these the very next day after ordering!Couldn't ask for more.

Just what they look likeApr 10, 2011
By Paul Gabriel Wiener This is just what it looks like. Each tag consists of two rectangular sheets of clear plastic connected at the bottom. One of them has a sticker backing on it. You take whatever paper you want, put it in the middle, peel off the backing, slowly fold the sticky side down, press firmly to make sure everything's sealed, and that's it - instant "lamination." Each tag also comes with a little plastic loop so you can attach it to a bag. (ID forms are not included, but it's easy enough to print or write your own.)
What this means is that you can make your own custom tag. Obviously. The nice thing is that both sides are clear, so your tag can be double-sided. Put your contact info on one side, and whatever you want on the other. I used a picture of myself with my nephew. The sticker glue can make one side slightly more cloudy, but I can see both sides of my tag quite easily.

Super easyNov 29, 2011

I spend a lot of time traveling and these luggage tags work great. A little hint for travelers, don't put your home address on your bags. If a unscrupulous person at the airport has your address and knows you are out of town they know where you live. I simply take my business card and make a luggage tag with these tags from 3M in about 5 seconds. Write a cell phone number on your card so that you can get a more immediate response if your bag is lost, plus it cannot be looked up to obtain your home address again.
