"The Doc"
I found this more summarized version of earlier works to be much easier to read and understand. Thus, it has been added to our reading requirements for supervisors, managers and team leaders. The results have been nearly instantaneous (bringing me to wonder if anyone had read the more studious versions). The case study examples are wonderful and easy to associate to any industry or process.
