Wonderful surprise!!!Feb 29, 2012
By RTS I felt compelled to read this book, and I was a bit curious because I know one of the authors. I have to admit, although I felt that it would be filled with useful information, I also thought the book would be complicated and would equate to reading a text book. I thought it would be helpful, informative but a hard read and not able to capture and keep my attention. What a wonderful surprise to find that I was hooked immediately. It starts with historical references that were profoundly interesting, some of which I knew and others were surprising new information. I really enjoyed the book and I highly recommend it.

An Amazing Book!!!Jan 29, 2012
By Bob Sproull My hat's off to Bob and Russ for writing such a fantastic book on TLS or as they refer to it as iTLS. Russ Pirasteh is the one person most responsible for starting this new TLS revolution with his landmark study of an electronics company who studied these three improvement methodologies. And now to team up with a man of Bob Fox's stature, to write this book is a wonderful gift to the reading masses. Thank you Bob and Russ for giving us this wonderful book and method for continuous improvement!
