Great way to secure stock to jigs...I improved mine by replacing the nut with a wing nut and slotted the 4 holes so that I could simply loosen the screws and move hold downs from jig to jig...

I bought this clamp for temp. set-up on shaper table, saved hours over the course of the run,I know it will be used hundreds of times.

I just built a 45 deg cut-off sled and installed two of these to hold the work in place when cutting. They make that job much safer, and you can actually clamp tight enough to cut angles other than just 45 deg.

This hold down clamp is great and comes in handy when you need to keep something in place, and your hands out of the way. It is easily installed and the clamping force is enough to keep things where you want them. It's actually heavier than I thought, so it is definitely well made.

I am happy with these toggles. I purchased 5 of them for various templates and projects. They are well built, and the mechanisms work great with nice positive adjustable clamping abilities.
Watch the size when you order these. These are bigger than some. For some projects you may want a smaller clamp.
