The clamps are very well made and completely adjustable. I used these in a table saw jig and I had no problems. Having a few of these around the shop will be a plus to any woodworker. They work great for jigs, bench top clamps and any other ideas you come up with. They are well made and should last for a long while. I should order some more.

Smeesh; products like these really need to include trivial details like the dimensions, so here they are:
Overall dimensions: 1-3/4" wide by 4-3/4" long by 5-1/2" high (with handle in vertical position).
Mounting holes: 1/4" diameter, spaced 3/4" by 1-1/4", total base footprint is 1-3/4" by 1-5/8".
Spindle clamping height: adjustable from 1/4" to -1/8" using the included hardware (you'll have to build a base adapter to clamp thicker materials).
Spindle (center) distance to edge of base: adjustable from 3/4" to 2-1/2".
Spindle contact size: 1/2" diameter.
Spindle tip is not replacable (it's fused to the spindle bolt).
Heavy duty construction (0.12" thick steel), riveted together.
Delivery is going to be hard to beat; I ordered mine on a Friday, it shipped Sunday (that's a good trick), and it arrived Monday via USPS.
Five stars for the product itself, but only one star for not including the dimensions.

This review goes along with another I wrote for a differant variation of these type clamps. For jigs, sleds, fences, hold downs on your chop saw, drill press, etc, etc, etc,..you will be hard pressed to find anything that works as well as these clamps. I've been using them for a few years now and still have only scratched the surface on uses for them.

This device does exactly what it is supposed to do. I use two of them to help hold the cargo door closed on a large trailer. One of the units had pieces missing when it was shipped, but a quick call to Amazon and they shipped out a replacement unit at no charge. Thanks, Amazon!

I haven't actually used the one I recently bought yet, but I have used a number of these clamps over the past 18 years. They all work great and, just like anything else, they don't last forever, but they do last a long time. How do I know the new one I just purchased will be the same? Because it looks, feels and moves exactly the same as the first one I used and the one I used after that, and the one I used after that and the...you get the picture. They're not the most exciting tool purchase that most of us can think of, but they are what they are and when you need them, you need them.
