 Organized and effective six sigma training courseApr 04, 2009

This course was very well organized and effective as I was just beginning my six sigma training. The material seemed difficult and complex but the instructor made the statistics and all the advanced lessons very easy to understand. Best of all its pretty cost effective looking at other six sigma certification programs can cost thousands of dollars easily.

I think this training is an excellent resource for experienced Six Sigma managers or new comers alike. I like the fact that is program is not over the top like some six training programs, courses can easily run into 30-40 hours and cost up to $10,000. Well I've done both, the expensive courses and have used this system, and I'll say they are similar in terms of quality and most important, the end result, which is saving money though finding defects.

The quality of the recorded voice is terrible. The voice is very mondane and I have a hard time taking in the information. I really wouldnt have paid this kind of price for this study tool had I known. I'm so glad I bought two other books for study purposes. Very disappointed.

Good, the videos here cover both overview and go into detail about six sigma processes for green belt. I am a certified black belt myself and I found that near the end it actually touches on black belt knowledge which I was surprised to see. Ive read many books on six sigma and found these videos to be outstanding and much more efficient as you can skip to and review what you need to know as you wish.
I learned alot from this program and think anyone who is thinking about learning lean should try it out. Even one change in your manufacturing process can save you thousands of dollars and speed up time to process.
