Lean Manufacturing at TAC Manufacturing

This program examines the successful lean manufacturing practices at an automotive supplier, TAC Manufacturing. TAC Manufacturing is a subsidiary of Tokai Rica, and their production philosophy is based on the Toyota Production System. Many lean principles are followed such as just-in-time parts delivery, pull production control, and visual controls.
