Dennis Broughton, Executive Champion, DuPont Nylon. Description of Presentation: Mr. Broughton leads the deployment of Six Sigma in DuPont's largest business unit. After joining DuPont 27 years ago as a chemical engineer, he has worked in manufacturing, technology, human resources, sales/marketing and government affairs. Most recently, he planned and executed the global deployment of Six Sigma for DuPont's Nylon business and has served as the leader of the human resources team of the corporate champions' network. Mr. Broughton shares perspectives on critical success factors for a corporate and business unit launch of Six Sigma gained from DuPont's experience.
