1Quality control !Apr 01, 2012

As this was a text that my Production Manager was very enthused about,I reviewed at and decided to adapt much of the formula to our manufacturing/Warehouse facilities.Upon receipt of BOTH copies, I found the printing to be bound out of order and the accompanying CD missing. I suggest reviewing the inventory and contacting the publisher on this issue. I, in the meantime, do not have the material I need for employee training and must seek an alternative. For Amazon: This was placed as two Items for one shipment. A separate shipping charge for each Item is simply wrong.I have ZERO for my $123.00 Rating: NEGATIVE Five Stars!
