"Pochini"
It is a good book if you are interesting to start a Lean journey through Kaizen events. In the book the author explain in detail how to implement and management Kaizen blitz or kaizen events. However, he doesn't explain the link with Kaizen philosophy and another guiding principles of this japanese approach.
