A great resource for moving towards world class manufacturingSep 19, 2005
By J. Guthrie This is an excellent book for understanding what a great ERP looks like and how to get there. It is a very easy read - mixing actual business cases with theory but it does not get bogged down in technical descriptions. It is a "soup to nuts" book on the entire Sales&Operations planning process.
