Excellent EOU, very good valueMay 13, 2007
By Dave B. Fujii I used this Accusplit Pro Survivor stopwatch for much of the track season (coaching Jr. High track). The ease of use was excellent. I really liked the tactal feedback of the buttons -- no doubt when they are pushed. The buttons are warranted for 5 years, and the device is "date coded" so that no receipt is neccessary if you do need to get it fixed.
The display is easy to read, even for my old eyes.

Cannot review split times - Useless for swimmingFeb 15, 2009
By A. Kushnir This is a perfectly good stopwatch - if all you want to do is note your finish time, or note 1/2 finish times. But, if you want to remember split times, you'd better have pen and paper handy. Once you restart the watch following a split, there is no way to cycle through and view the split times! So, if you're trying to time multiple swimmers/runners, or if you're trying to record 25/50 split times, this is not the watch for you. Again, no fault of the manufacturer or the reviews - I should have looked more closely at the functions.

Fantastic StopwatchJan 12, 2008
By Jenn One thing only mentioned briefly in the description - this watch does NOT make a beeping noise when you hit the buttons. It makes a sort of dull click. For those of us looking to use a stopwatch in a quiet environment and an unobtrusive way (I'm a stage manager) this is FANTASTIC. *Edit - after 8 months of use the clock on the stopwatch is unreliable. I have had to reset it about once every two months - it very slowly gets fast.

Great basic timerOct 17, 2009
By D. Montague I use this for timing speeches in my public speaking class. It is incredibly easy to run and the readout is large and clear. It is durable so when my students take turns being the time keeper, it doesn't matter if the stopwatch falls on the floor or gets banged around. For my needs, this fits the bill.

Nice productDec 08, 2007
By John S. Carusone The Pro Survivor is somewhat better than the survivor because it offers extra shock resistance; more water resistance; no fail switches and an extra large display. The XL display was important for me. The watch is simple. It measures minutes, seconds and 1/100 seconds up to 40 minutes, then it only measures hours, minutes and seconds. The time and date features were not important to me. It has a five year warranty without proof of purchase.
